Once approved, our team will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide detailed instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

📦 Our Shipping & Return Privacy Policy

OlivierTheStylist does not disclose warehouse or fulfillment origin addresses.

All returns are routed and verified through our internal shipping platform.

We do not list our shipping address on product labels or packaging.

This protects both your privacy and the security of our operations.

Unauthorized return packages will be refused and not eligible for processing.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • You must initiate your return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Return must be initiated through our Client Care Team. No physical returns will be accepted without a digital return label issued by our system.

⚠️ Final sale items, bespoke garments, made-to-order pieces, and promotional items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

⏳ Processing Time

Once received, returned items will be inspected and processed within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For exchanges, our team will confirm product availability and coordinate fulfillment accordingly.

🚫 Unauthorized Returns & Legal Protection

Any return shipped to a non-approved address (including our masked facilities or third-party fulfillment partners) will be rejected and not eligible for refund or resolution.

Clients who attempt to bypass our system may be permanently barred from future purchases.

OlivierTheStylist reserves the right to pursue legal action for return fraud, breach of policy, or unauthorized commercial use of return shipping assets.

Conditions For Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund at no cost. Kindly email fashionista@olivierthestylist.com to provide the reason for your return. All returns and exchanges must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

Bespoke Garments

All bespoke garments purchased are non-refundable. Garments are made to specific measurements, they are exempt from our ready-to-wear exchange and refund policy. If you have any queries regarding sizing or fabric selection, please contact us at fashionista@olivierthestylist.com prior to placing your made to order purchase.

How To Return Merchandise

Please return the item(s) using the original shipping box and packing materials. Ensure each item is in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of your invoice, hang tags, any related accessories, instruction booklets, and the completed return form, specifying the item and the reason for the return. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure returned orders reach us; we recommend using special delivery and obtaining proof of return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the returns process. If you have any questions about the returns or exchange process, please contact us.

Refunds

We will refund the original purchase price of the returned item, minus any subsequent adjustments or credits, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The original purchaser’s credit card will be credited upon processing the returned item(s), and the credit should reflect on the next bank statement. Items bought with a gift card will be refunded via another gift card. You will receive an email notification once the refund process is complete.

Faulty Goods

Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within 14 days of purchase. Items damaged due to excessive wear and tear are not deemed faulty. If you wish to exchange a faulty item instead of receiving a refund, please note that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Whenever possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If repair is not feasible or the same product is unavailable, you are entitled to a full refund.

Damaged Goods

If the item you're returning is damaged, please take pictures of the damages & state your claims. If you're returning for other reasons please state your claim. Once reviewed & approved we will email you a shipping label.
